Parking

All visitors can obtain a parking pass from the information booth at the front of campus or at the parking office in McLemore Hall. You can find more detailed instructions (and addresses) about visitor parking HERE.

You must show the attendant at the information booth your driver’s license in order to get a pass. The attendant will also give you detailed directions to the RC Cook Union, where the conference will take place. (Unfortunately, USM students cannot take advantage of visitor parking—park as you normally would).

Most events will be held in rooms C, D, and H on the second floor of the RC Cook Union. We will have signage directing you to the correct rooms. There are several events taking place on campus Friday, so the Union might be a bit busy. If in doubt, please don’t hesitate to ask for directions from any USM employee.

You can find a campus map HERE.
